• Fintech background with payments, billing, and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to autonomously develop a strategic roadmap with measurable impact.
• Proven track record with multiple successes and lessons learned.
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder relationships.
• Data-driven decision making without analysis paralysis.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to learn new, complex domains.
• Experience breaking down objectives into customer-delivering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive outputs and outcomes within your product area in collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Develop and evangelize a strategic roadmap aligned with Senior Director of Product and OKRs.
• Lead customer and market research to identify opportunities and build the business case.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers to uplift the product function.
