Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs & strategies to increase sell-through and sell-to business for product lines in both new and existing accounts.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts to build long-term trust and maximize business opportunities.
  • Manage and support a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Coach team members to develop skills and abilities.
  • Work closely with marketing for promotions to maximize sales and minimize channel conflict.
  • Oversee weekly/monthly product forecasts and inventory management.
  • Expand dealer network and improve service levels.
  • Think critically about territory management to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Implement standard operating procedures aligned with company guidelines.
  • Work independently to drive the company’s agenda.
Skills and Qualifications

Education: University degree preferred (min. Bachelor’s); MBA a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Office applications.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Experience: 7+ years in related roles, preferably in the Home Appliance industry.

Travel:

  • Must spend adequate time on the road with key accounts and sales teams (approx. 40%).
