Job summary

RXO Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Manager, Last Mile Operations to oversee home delivery services for multiple clients and field operations.

You will hire, train and develop staff, guide front-line managers, and manage contract drivers across several regional locations while building strong customer relationships.

This role reports on P&L performance and collaborates with the national sales team to fuel growth, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and substantial operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; develop a contractor base team.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Manage contract drivers who are operating up to 7 days per week in multiple regional locations.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure continuous operating improvements.
• Oversee P&L; work with national sales team to facilitate new avenues of growth.
