Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management - KI in Toronto to lead the design and ongoing execution of the KI program within TD's Three Lines of Defence framework. You will collaborate with risk and business partners to align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

You will drive program improvements, ensure quality documentation, and represent the bank in regulator and industry discussions while developing a diverse talent pipeline to strengthen TD's risk

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of related experience in risk management, governance, control, or audit.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning and ability to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with risk and business partners to coordinate and deliver the KI program.
• Own and enhance the KI program in line with industry practices and regulatory expectations.
• Develop and transition the KI program to the EGRC ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure KI program documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Benchmark TD's KI methodology against industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Represent TD in meetings with Regulators and industry groups as a subject matter expert.
• Identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline to strengthen the business.
