OpenTable is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to lead data-driven strategies across global Restaurant Sales, Services, and Marketing teams. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, build forecasting models, and partner with product, finance, and sales engineering to optimize reporting infrastructure.
You will own data quality across dashboards, align metrics with other departments, and present analyses to executive leadership.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting findings to executive leadership and detailing business processes, use cases, and business requirements8+ years of professional experience in an analytics role, with a proven track record of using data to drive strategic recommendationsAdvanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data modeling, and pivot tablesProficiency in SQL, relational database management, and big data analysis and ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, problem solving, negotiation, task and project coordination, and organization skillsExperience in sales and revenue operations, including territory management, sales goaling, commission plans, SPIF, etcBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, business administration, finance, economics or equivalent practical experienceProven track record of managing end-to-end project roadmaps and driving process optimization under tight deadlines. Willing to take on tough projects and be a peer leader in order to support growthFamiliarity with modern enterprise reporting tools such as Preset, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platformsMust be able to speak the Salesforce.com language in order to make recommendations for processes and communicate effectively with our Business Optimization and Product teamsExperience managing, mentoring, or leading team members within a data or operations environment
