Responsibilities of a Senior Manager, National Quality

• Lead and develop firm-wide internal quality management systems and monitoring programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Respond to industry, national, and international standards by developing risk management policies and systems.
• Create a quality environment aligned with the firm’s cultural values—focused on consistency, transparency, education, and fostering a culture of change.
• Collaborate with the National Quality Monitoring group and the Professional Practice Group to determine monitoring needs aligned with the firm’s strategy and standards.
• Support internal stakeholders and facilitate change management to help staff thrive.
• Develop recommendations for improvements at various organizational levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory monitoring requirements and liaise with external regulators.

Qualifications and Experience

• Exceptional business acumen, supported by relevant academic credentials; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience, preferably in a managerial role within a professional services firm, with experience in regulatory inspections or quality control initiatives.
• Experience reviewing work from a quality control perspective is an asset.
• Practical, entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation.
• Ability to work independently in remote and onsite teams.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.
