About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will collaborate with studio leads, community management, and regional/global publishing teams to develop and execute marketing plans aimed at user acquisition for multiple titles across Level Infinite's global markets and platforms (PC, consoles, mobile).

Job Responsibilities :

  1. UA Campaigns : Develop and execute global marketing strategies, including market research, target audience analysis, brand positioning, and promotional plans to generate user acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely and high-quality game release execution.
  2. Manage global advertising paid media for console and PC titles, overseeing planning, creative design, and production of UA materials, and monitor advertising efficiency metrics. Be familiar with mainstream paid media channels, matching game characteristics with channel features, integrating marketing resources, and quantifying results.
  3. Plan and organize global marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, and social media promotions, to increase game awareness and sales, in collaboration with the Audience Manager.
  4. Leverage creator programs to amplify UA plans.
  5. Creative management : Generate advertising material concepts and develop creative solutions tailored to different regions and deployment stages based on regional market plans.
  6. Lifecycle : Collaborate with Market Intelligence to accelerate UA based on game lifecycle opportunities, including promotions, pricing, and partnerships.
  7. UA Intelligence : Use data-driven approaches, research trends, competitors, and audience demands in Western markets to develop strategies. Analyze market data and sales trends to optimize marketing and sales performance.
  8. Budget : Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of marketing objectives.

Job Requirements :

  1. Over 5 years of experience in UA deployment for console or PC games, covering the entire game lifecycle.
  2. Experience in global game channel deployment, user growth, or related brand and market penetration growth with budget management.
  3. Data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis.
  4. Creative content development and execution experience in gaming.
  5. Requires international travel.

The base pay range for this position in the specified states is $99,600 to $182,260 per year, with actual pay depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages may include signing bonuses, relocation, stock units, and other benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, holidays, and sick leave, adjusted per location and employment status.
