Job summary

Strike Group is seeking a Manager, Major Projects based in Airdrie, Alberta to oversee planning, execution and delivery of major projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance at all times.

The role requires extensive industrial construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across multiple sites. A safety‑driven, collaborative leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of industrial construction experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience leading planning and execution of large, complex projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, mobilization, execution and closeout of major projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, costs and productivity KPIs.
• Oversee safety, quality, procurement and subcontracting strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and manage change, risks and disputes.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
