Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Diploma or degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a trades equivalency.
  • Estimating, scheduling and cost control experience.
  • Proficiency with Primavera and Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Saskatoon-based role with local candidate preference.
  • Full P&L accountability: Budgets, invoicing, margins.
  • Lead project execution from kickoff to close-out: schedule, safety, quality, subcontractors.
  • Lead estimating efforts to capture scope and constructability.
  • Manage client relationships and change management; be the face of Strike.
  • Maintain a safe work environment to ensure everyone returns home.
