Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership within IT, software development or technology delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and leading complex technology portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, secure development, testing, integration, DevOps and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiative intake, portfolio planning and technology roadmaps across assigned business areas.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes and experiences.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and evaluate architectural approaches.

With nearly 300 retail locations, we proudly employ nearly 30,000 team members .We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions to join our IT team in Langley, BC.Reporting to the Managing Director, Business Systems Dev & Support, the Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across technology solutions supporting Retail, Pharmacy, Human Resources and Communications.
