We have an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Learning & Development Project Specialist to join our People team in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Learning, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of learning solutions that support technology initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess learning needs and create effective learning solutions, including eLearning, video, virtual, and face‑to‑face instructor‑led sessions.
You will be responsible for:
An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, who can understand complex technical processes and translate them into clear, effective learning solutions for diverse audiences. Skilled at influencing and building credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and prioritization skills. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Passionate about learning and continuously enhancing the learner experience through emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices.

IND6 Compensation Details: $85,062.00 - $106,328.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
