Qualifications

• Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley 404.
• Experience with SAP, Trans4M, OneStream is an asset.
• Spanish language skills considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage North American SOX/compliance across locations and internal controls.
• Coordinate IT remediation timelines and deliverables with regional IT leads.
• Oversee quarterly 302 certification across divisions using internal tool.
• Lead internal audit follow‑up with on‑site reviews and action plan tracking.
• Provide guidance on accounting policy and remediation items.
• Lead SOX documentation for new North American entities.
