Job summary

Brookfield Infrastructure Group, based in Toronto, seeks a Manager, Internal Audit to lead audit activities across Brookfield Infrastructure assets in North America and beyond. Qualifications

• 5-8 years in audit, internal controls, accounting or financial reporting with a CPA.
• Strong understanding of risks, controls, audit methodologies and SOX requirements.
• Willing to work full-time in the Brookfield Toronto office.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Internal Audit Management: Plan and execute assurance and advisory engagements with defined scope.
• SOX Program Management: Lead or support SOX compliance across portfolio companies.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise between local management, Brookfield finance and external auditors.
• Global Collaboration: Coordinate with in-house global team and IA teams across portfolios.
• Reporting: Prepare audit findings and support quarterly Board reporting.
• Documentation & Audit Standards: Prepare comprehensive working papers per audit standards.
