Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• P.Eng designation preferred.
• 7–9 years of progressive engineering experience in infrastructure renewal or related field.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role in a large institutional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior engineering leadership for infrastructure renewal and maintenance projects.
• Review engineering designs and documents to ensure alignment with standards and needs.
• Lead project planning, design reviews, procurement, and governance across project teams.
• Mentor staff, manage safety compliance, and foster continuous improvement.
