Job SummaryAs the Senior Manager, HRIS, you are responsible for leading the HRIS function with a focus on UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and enterprise reporting. You’ll manage a cross-functional team to implement, optimize, and govern HR tech for 25,000+ employees, ensuring scalable, compliant systems that align with Compass Group’s people-first culture.
