Une entreprise alimentaire mondiale recherche un Senior Manager, HRIS pour diriger l’équipe et optimiser les systèmes HRIS. Le rôle comprend la gestion des projets de grande échelle, l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue, tout en garantissant des systèmes conformes pour plus de 25 000 employés. Ce poste exige une expérience significative en gestion et déploiement de systèmes HRIS, en particulier UKG.

Qualifications

Job Summary

As the Senior Manager, HRIS, you are responsible for leading the HRIS function with a focus on UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and enterprise reporting. You’ll manage a cross-functional team to implement, optimize, and govern HR tech for 25,000+ employees, ensuring scalable, compliant systems that align with Compass Group’s people-first culture.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Senior Manager, HRIS, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Lead and mentor the HRIS team.
  • Develop and execute the HRIS roadmap in alignment with People & Culture and enterprise priorities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HRIS and senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Oversee the configuration, optimization, and support of UKG Pro and UKG WFM.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, self-service, and mobile enablement.
  • Ensure system integrity, compliance, and data governance across all UKG platforms.
  • Lead the development and management of Reporting/BI/Dashboards and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage large-scale HRIS projects including new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Champion change management efforts, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Previous UKG Pro and WFM consulting and/or deployment experience is highly valued.
  • UKG certifications are a nice to have.
  • Proven experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM (certifications preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are an asset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
