As a 360 Recruiter with us, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process which means driving business development, managing client accounts, and recruiting top-tier talent. Youll have the autonomy to develop strategies that work for you and the support to grow your client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Use HR sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Leverage ATS tools to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and recruitment efforts.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter , with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
• Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strong network of existing client relationships is preferred.
