RBC is seeking a Senior Manager for HRC US Banking to lead a team of AML specialists conducting enhanced due diligence. The role involves ownership of risk decisions and alignment with RBC and US standards within the US Banking and New York Credit units.
The position is a 15-month leave coverage (Nov 2026–Jan 2028) with emphasis on coaching, program design, and policy maintenance. Applicants should bring strong regulatory knowledge and leadership capabilities.
As Senior Manager, HRC US Banking you support the Director, HRC US Banking by providing tactical direction and end-to-end ownership and execution of core risk decisions related to the identification, review, management, and escalation of higher risk clients including the risk assessment and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes to mitigate against financial, regulatory, reputational, and legal risks at RBC using a risk-based approach. This position is a temporary 15 month leave coverage running from November 2026 to January 2028.
