Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Are you ready to modernize how HR data is collected, shared, and used to drive strategic decisions? We are looking for a Manager, HR Analytics & People Insights to lead our journey toward a data-enabled HR function.
Reporting into Director, Workforce, Strategy & Insights, the Manager, HR Analytics & People Insights will be responsible to lead and manage the integration of people data and insights into a cohesive business intelligence program. This role delivers robust, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics capabilities that support informed, strategic decision-making with a clear focus on human capital.
You will guide the modernization of HR data infrastructure, oversee the transition to a new analytics platform (Visier), and foster a data-driven, client-focused culture within HR and across cross-functional teams. This role acts as the steward of HR data and governance, ensuring consistency, integrity, and accessibility of HR information across the enterprise.
