Your Role: Senior Product Manager, Creators

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on CrowdRiff’s fastest-growing product: the Creator Marketplace. Unlike traditional platforms, we’ve taken a uniquely hands-on, Uber-like approach—brands simply tell us what they need, and we deliver creator-shot content with fixed pricing, scoped briefs, and high-quality results. It’s a bold, operationally intensive model that eliminates friction for brands and empowers micro-creators to thrive. This role is for someone who thrives end-to-end—from defining big-picture strategy to shipping pixel-perfect experiences. You’ll wrestle with complex challenges like translating vague campaign visions into beautifully executed shoots, solving day-of logistics with smart workflows, and using AI and deep customer insight to scale both sides of the marketplace. There’s a massive opportunity ahead as we expand from destination marketing into OTAs, agencies, and global travel brands—each with unique needs and fast-moving expectations. What you’ll do:
  • Drive Product Strategy: Define a bold vision grounded in customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Build Products People Love: Prioritize delightful, high-quality user experiences; simplify to core features in early versions.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Get to the root of issues using structured and creative thinking; cover edge cases deeply.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Design, Engineering, GTM, and CS to ship impactful products quickly.
  • Stay Close to Customers: Gather raw insights directly from creators and users to guide decisions and unlock opportunities.
  • Relentlessly Execute: Write specs, run rituals, test builds, and measure results. You drive every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Own Product Performance: Monitor metrics, balance ROI, and make smart investment calls to fuel growth and profitability.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Track creator economy, video, and marketplace shifts to build what’s next.
What you’ll need:
  • Sharp Problem Solving: Break down ambiguity and find elegant, actionable solutions.
  • Builder’s Hunger: You’ve launched your own thing or thrived in early-stage, high-ownership roles.
  • Ownership Mentality: You think in outcomes, not tasks—and treat the product like your own business.
  • 5+ Years in Product Management: Especially in SaaS or marketplaces. You’ve shipped 0→1 and scaled 1→n.
  • Business Acumen: Comfortable with P&Ls, pricing, and using data to guide prioritization.
  • Technical Fluency: You speak engineering fluently—even if you don’t write code.
  • LLM & AI Fluency: You understand how to apply LLMs in real-world workflows and are excited to use them to scale quality, speed, and structure across the product.
  • Attention to Detail: You notice the nuances—from UX polish to system edge cases.
  • Crisp Communication: Clear, persuasive, and tailored to any audience.
  • User Empathy: You build with a deep understanding of creator and customer needs.
  • ••Bias for Action: You move fast, test, iterate, and follow through—99% done isn’t enough.
