Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Manager, Commercial Partnerships and Contract Management to lead commercial strategy and partnerships for Toronto Pearson’s ground transportation portfolio, including rental cars, TNCs, taxis, and mobility services.

You will own contracts, drive revenue growth, and optimize P&L while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver executable, customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning commercial agreements and business cases.
• Strong ability to build analytical or financial models and translate data into insights.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and business planning for ground transportation assets.
• Develop partnerships, evaluate market potential, and shape go-to-market approaches.
• Own complex commercial contracts from business case to execution, including negotiations.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure feasibility.
