How you will create an impact :

  • As a Senior Manager at Simon-Kucher, you will be a critical member of our Financial Services consulting team in North America.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of client engagements while elevating the analysis and insights.
  • Drive project planning and execution by ensuring alignment of project delivery to client needs and objectives.
  • Lead and guide a large team of junior consultants to develop innovative insights and recommendations.
  • Develop trusted senior-level advisory relationships by delivering high-quality and tailored recommendations.
  • Effectively engage senior client audiences at all stages of their commercial growth strategy.
  • Expand and develop relevant new capabilities, tactics, and tools for clients.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication.
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables and present findings to senior client audiences.
  • Manage multiple engagements and project teams concurrently.
  • Guide the team through project activities, including oversight of research and analysis.
  • Oversee the work of team members across multiple engagements and provide timely feedback.
  • Participate in the continued growth of Simon-Kucher's FS practice.
  • Develop and deliver new thought leadership in collaboration with peers.
  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to clients.
  • Coach and develop consultants and be an objective Career Development Advisor (CDA).
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in leadership.
  • Play an integral role in the recruitment of new FS consultants.
  • Contribute to Simon-Kucher's culture and success.

Your profile :

  • Outstanding drive, determination, and desire to be part of a top tier consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for the Financial Services sector.
  • An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in strategy or management consulting.
  • Proven business consulting expertise in disciplines such as growth strategies, go-to-market strategy, and pricing.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to distill insights from large data sets.
  • Effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and managing individuals.
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative team player.
  • Highly inclusive and empathetic approach to leadership.
  • Ability to develop and maintain deep relationships with senior clients.
  • Ability to travel at least 25-50% of the time.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
