Bayshore Healthcare, one of Canada’s leading providers of home and community healthcare services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning efforts for a multi-segment healthcare division and contribute to enterprise-level planning activities. This highly visible leadership role requires a self-motivated and collaborative individual who excels at financial analysis, planning, and business partnering. The successful candidate will guide the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while managing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full planning cycle including strategic planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and latest estimates for divisional and potentially enterprise-wide functions.
• Deliver monthly financial analysis and presentations to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Provide decision support for key business segments, including:
• Government-Funded Home Health
• Private Pay Home Health
• Integrated Care Solutions (ICS): Hospital to Home and Hospital to LTC programs
• Develop robust financial models to assess strategic initiatives, pricing, and operational performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario planning to inform executive-level decisions.
• Coach, lead, and develop a team of 5 FP&A professionals, fostering growth and high performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial alignment with business strategies
• Improve planning and reporting processes through automation and use of tools such as Vena and Power BI
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and data integrity
  

Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON

Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly

• Professional designation (CPA or CFA) required
• 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead planning cycles, develop models, and provide financial insights to senior executives
• Expertise in Excel modeling; experience with Vena and Power BI preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare or service industries is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
