About the Opportunity

• Lead the consolidation and presentation of annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts
• Communicate the plan and variance to plan to critical audiences, including Executive Leadership Team and the Board through regular reporting and ad-hoc deliverables
• Develop, socialize and communicate overall parameters and guidance with key stakeholders in the executive and business unit teams
• Understand key business drivers and outputs at the total Plan level, across investments, actuarial and expenses
• Prepare routine and ad hoc Board, Audit Committee and executive material, including presentation decks and speaking notes for senior leaders
• Write sections of annual Management’s Discussion and Analysis
• Modify existing and design new processes to maximize operational efficiency and reduce frustration
• Lead and coach the team of direct reports, including hiring, performance appraisals, goal setting and compensation reviews

About You

• CPA, CA
• 5+ years of solid FP&A experience
• Experience presenting to Board of Director and Audit Committee
• Experience with FP+A at a Corporate level is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing teams
