Goldbeck Recruiting Inc is partnering with a successful, growing organization in Abbotsford to recruit a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this role blends finance transformation, controllership, treasury and business partnership.

You will lead process improvement and automation, modernize manual finance processes, provide controllership for two subsidiaries, oversee treasury and FX, and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper while partnering with IT and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Controllership or senior accounting management background.
• Proven finance transformation and technology implementation experience.
• Strong accounting systems and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled tools is a plus.

The Opportunity

• Lead and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper.

• Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, IT and operational leaders.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Controllership or senior accounting management experience.
• Proven Finance transformation/process improvement and technology implementation experience.
• Strong accounting, systems and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled Finance tools is an asset.
• Collaborative, personable leader who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and hands-on level.
• Manufacturing/distribution experience is an asset.
