Job summary

Goldbeck Recruiting Inc is partnering with a successful, growing organization in Abbotsford to recruit a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this role blends finance transformation, controllership, treasury and business partnership.

You will lead process improvement and automation, modernize manual finance processes, provide controllership for two subsidiaries, oversee treasury and FX, and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper while partnering with IT and operations leaders.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Controllership or senior accounting management background.
Proven finance transformation and technology implementation experience.
Strong accounting systems and analytical capabilities.
Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead finance process improvement, automation and tech initiatives.
Modernize manual finance processes, improve systems, reporting and controls.
Provide controllership leadership for two subsidiaries, including month-end close.
Lead and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper.
Oversee treasury, FX, cash-flow forecasting and corporate insurance.
Partner with CFO, Controller, IT and ops leaders.
