What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused Senior Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team. This role will provide expert advisory services to senior leadership and HR business partners, ensuring the effective administration of executive compensation programs. It will play a key role in aligning compensation strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, and supporting the company's attraction and retention of top executive talent.

What will you do?

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR business partners and senior leaders on executive compensation matters, including base pay, incentives, equity programs, and market competitiveness.
  • Support the development of compensation materials and discussions through analysis, modeling, and executive summaries.
  • Provide guidance on compensation during executive hiring, promotions, and retention discussions.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Governance teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and disclosure requirements.
  • Manage annual executive compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentive planning, and long-term incentives.
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and benchmarking for executive roles.
  • Oversee the administration of equity-based compensation plans, working closely with Equity Compensation and Payroll teams.
  • Conduct competitive market analyses using survey data and peer group assessments to inform recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of executive compensation frameworks, policies, and programs.
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives such as pay equity analysis, global mobility, and compensation technology enhancements.
  • Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and governance best practices to proactively adjust strategies.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive compensation.
  • Deep knowledge of executive pay structures, governance trends, and proxy disclosure requirements.
  • Experience with compensation systems and market surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience building models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
