IAMGOLD is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Estimating to serve as the Company's technical authority on capital cost estimating and support informed investment decisions across our portfolio of growth and sustaining capital projects. This role will lead the development of capital cost estimates for major mining projects and establish the standards, methodologies, and governance processes that drive consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the organization.
We're looking for a collaborative and influential leader with a degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical discipline, along with 15+ years of progressive experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial project estimating. Demonstrated experience supporting large capital projects, strong knowledge of industry estimating practices and governance, and the ability to communicate complex costing information to senior leaders are essential. Experience with estimating software, project controls systems, and capital project development frameworks is considered an asset.
