As the Senior Enterprise Operations Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and maintain operational excellence within Toptal’s Enterprise Sales function. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Operations, you will act as a trusted advisor to Enterprise Sales Leadership while considering the broader impact on SMB Sales and the overall Customer function. This role is critical in bridging the gap between strategic projects and business-as-usual (BAU) processes, leveraging data-driven insights to drive efficiency and scale.

With a focus on trust, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, he drives the expansion of Toptal’s innovative solutions across the global Enterprise community. Over the past 15 years, Neil has advised on Talent Strategy and Professional Services, helping companies solve critical business challenges with tailored solutions. Since joining Toptal in 2017, he has been an advocate of On-Demand and its transformative impact worldwide. Neil holds a B.S. in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
