Our client, a global leader in the technology / software industry, is seeking a SAP Data Lead (BODS) at the Manager / Senior Manager level for a remote contract. The successful candidate will lead data analysis efforts, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams in an SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead data analysis and preparation within SAP environments.
• Utilize SAP Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Implement and monitor data quality rules and controls.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with SAP functional leads, data governance teams, business stakeholders, and other BODS developers.
• Interpret and work with SAP master and transactional data structures and physical table schemas.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Required Qualifications :

• 20+ years of experience in data-related roles, including SAP Data Services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BODS (ETL, DQ rules, data warehousing).
• Expertise in SAP data models, including master and transactional data.
• Experience leading cross-functional data teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
