Job description

Reports To: Director, Employee Experience Platform

About the Opportunity

Join a Fortune 10 healthcare organization undergoing a major transformation of its employee experience through a next-generation enterprise platform powered by AI, automation, and digital workflow technologies.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Experience Platform Delivery to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of this enterprise platform. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who combines product ownership, enterprise platform delivery, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

This is not a traditional project management role. As the accountable Product Owner, you'll own the platform roadmap, prioritize business demand, guide delivery, and ensure the platform delivers measurable value across Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Functions, Enterprise Services, and Digital Workplace teams.

Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you'll ultimately lead the platform delivery organization while helping shape the future of AI-powered employee experiences across the enterprise.

What's in it for You

This is an opportunity to lead one of the organization's most strategic employee technology platforms at a time of significant investment in AI, automation, and digital workplace transformation.

You'll partner directly with executive stakeholders, influence enterprise-wide platform strategy, and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering innovative employee experiences. If you're passionate about product leadership, enterprise transformation, and building high-performing teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting organizational impact.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the accountable Product Owner for the enterprise employee experience platform, owning the platform roadmap, backlog, release planning, and prioritization of business demand
  • Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, Enterprise Services, Security, Corporate Functions, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Workplace teams to identify and prioritize new platform capabilities and use cases
  • Lead the successful delivery of enterprise platform initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of platform enhancements, balancing business value, technical complexity, organizational readiness, and delivery capacity
  • Facilitate executive governance meetings, communicate roadmap progress, manage escalations, and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Partner with technical leads and implementation teams to ensure successful platform execution while owning what gets delivered and when, rather than how it's built
  • Champion AI-powered employee experiences by identifying opportunities to leverage conversational AI, automation, intelligent workflows, and self-service capabilities
  • Drive organizational change management, including communication, training, readiness, and adoption strategies that maximize platform utilization
  • Establish and monitor key success metrics, including platform adoption, employee satisfaction, workflow automation, self-service effectiveness, and business value realization
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of platform professionals, implementation managers, business analysts, solution architects, and AI specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise platform implementations, SaaS products, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale technology programs
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing product, platform, implementation, or technical teams
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Leader, or similar role with ownership of product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and release planning
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and external vendors
  • Strong program management experience, including scope, timeline, resource planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting
  • Experience driving executive governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment across large enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, platform adoption, and value realization initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, conversational AI, virtual agents, copilots, or intelligent workflow technologies to improve employee or business experiences
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with executive and senior leadership audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise employee experience, HR technology, IT service management (ITSM), digital workplace, enterprise self-service, or workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with leading enterprise workflow, service management, or AI-enabled employee experience platforms
  • Experience leading conversational AI, enterprise AI, intelligent automation, or digital assistant initiatives
  • Agile Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe, PMP, or similar certifications
  • Experience managing enterprise technology vendors and implementation partners
