What is the opportunity?
As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will help execute digital marketing strategies across public-facing digital channels. This role is comprised of three key functions: Digital marketing campaign execution, optimizing digital acquisition through public websites and online website maintenance and reporting. As the Digital Marketing lead you will collaborate with Marketing & Product stakeholders to execute the vision for marketing campaigns. As the Channel manager, you will play a key role in driving digital sales by using your analytical and critical thinking ability to architect and orchestrate digital client journeys. This is fast-paced complex work in a highly matrixed organization that requires a fine balance of technical digital marketing and strong relationship building skillsets.
What will you do?
Execute the marketing campaigns by leading digital builds and providing strategic recommendations as to how to leverage the digital marketing assets and channels that are available.
Analyze digital marketing funnels and find areas of opportunities, optimize client-facing tools, plug content gaps all with a view of delivering a superior digital client experience.
Build and execute an always-on A/B testing and optimization roadmap with a view of scaling revenue driving web experimentation.
Build strong relationships with Product and Marketing partners and Digital IT partners become as a trusted advisor and a digital marketing SME.
Continuously track channel and campaign performance and work with cross functional partners to optimize and grow digital sales
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers, Marketing Stakeholders, and Product Owners to understand campaign objectives, performance and find opportunities to optimize
Present performance reports, insights and optimization ideas to business and marketing stakeholders.
Manage multiple agency partners throughout the lifecycle of a project right from contract negotiation and digital marketing briefs to execution.
Manage projects related to website development and maintenance, and evolving functionality across desktop, tablet and mobile channels in alignment with core Digital Marketing OKRs.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
7+ years of digital site management and digital marketing
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing sales, digital user experience, digital content marketing, strategic thinking
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional client, project and vendor management skills, ability to influence partners in cross-functional working teams
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Technical proficiency and comfortable in learning various digital marketing platforms
Nice-to-have:
Experience in the financial services industry
Ecommerce or digital product ownership experience
Experience with and working knowledge of web development including HTML/CSS/JavaScript
SQL and QuickSight knowledge/experience or other digital analytics and reporting platforms
Exhibit a good understanding of both technical opportunities and constraints presented in responsive design standards, modern digital UX and development
