QFG is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Service Intelligence to rebuild how Sales & Service use data, predictive models, and conversational AI to guide decisions. You will lead a hands-on team, create governed metrics in BigQuery, and connect telephony, CRM, and cloud data apps to improve client experience across channels.

You will own the metric framework, build data pipelines, and mentor analysts while partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in analytics, data science or related field, with 2+ years leading analysts.
• Advanced SQL in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery) and Python or R for modeling.
• Experience integrating multi-source operational data and building BI reporting (Power BI).
• Proven track record taking models from concept to business execution.

Responsabilités

• Establish metric framework for Sales & Service as a single source of truth.
• Build governed data models in BigQuery and self-serve Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain data pipelines and API integrations across Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, BigQuery.
• Develop predictive models and forecasts; run experiments to inform planning.
• Measure AI performance across voice and chat, driving improvements with automation teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to frame and justify business decisions.
