Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Customer insights and action planning: support NPS reporting and turn feedback into insights.
• Underwriting campaigns and program delivery: develop campaigns and coordinate Customer Rockstar activities.
• Business coordination and team support: provide governance-related reporting and process docs as assigned.
• Broker proposition, marketing and events support: support broker initiatives and events with planning and coordination.
