Zurich Canada is seeking a Manager, Sales & Customer Office to turn customer and broker feedback into practical insight and coordinate targeted programs across the Sales & Customer Office.

Reporting to the VP, this role focuses on NPS reporting, strategy development and cross-functional collaboration. The hybrid role requires in-person work three days per week across Canada, with opportunities to shape campaigns and events for underwriting and broker engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and six or more years of experience in sales.
• Six or more years of experience in customer experience, sales enablement, distribution operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready materials.
• Experience with NPS, customer feedback, dashboards or CX programs.
• Experience supporting internal campaigns, events or broker programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and reporting/visualization platforms.

Aufgaben

• Support NPS reporting and insights for Canada.
• Analyze customer and broker feedback to identify themes.
• Turn feedback into insights and recommendations for leaders.
• Coordinate internal campaigns for Underwriting and broker programs.
• Provide project coordination across Sales & Customer Office.
• Assist with broker events and learning initiatives.
