Job summary

The role focuses on governance, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain business objectives and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance, governance and/or project management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory environment and risk trends.
• Strong communication, relationship management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages assigned strategic initiatives from business case development through execution.
• Develops business goals and KPIs to support initiative monitoring and insights.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Builds change management plans and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness.
