Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or related field.
• 2+ years leading analytical initiatives or people management.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business goals.
• Deliver high-impact analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytical solutions delivering measurable results.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Retail, Wealth, Risk, Finance, and other functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success measures, and actionable strategies.
• Communicate insights through data storytelling and executive-level presentations.
• Champion data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data Governance, and Engineering to enhance data accessibility and analytics capabilities.
• Drive innovation through advanced analytics, automation, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies.
