Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Manager in the Business Flex team for the Ontario region. You will lead a team of SME Account Managers in a virtual environment, define strategic directions, and drive regional growth with partners to achieve business plans.

You will coach and develop team members, foster a mobilizing climate, and act as a transformation leader by managing change proactively within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity.
• 5 years of relevant experience in business banking or financial services is required.
• Experience in leading sales teams and coaching is essential.
• Experience in business advisory roles and business development is highly valued.
• Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and ability to navigate change in a dynamic environment.

Within the Business Flex sector, you report to the Vice-President, SME Banking. Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of business banking products and services.
• Experience in leading sales team and coaching.
• Relevant experience in a business advisory role.
• Experience in business development.
• Strong capacity for influence and mobilization.
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
