As a Senior Manager, Assurance [Audit], your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and executing a range of audits from large to mid-sized engagements.
  2. Researching and advising on complex accounting and auditing matters.
  3. Providing solutions to clients on accounting issues and supporting their growth.
  4. Leading client engagements across various industries and reporting frameworks.
  5. Contributing to business development by leveraging your expertise and understanding of our services.
  6. Acting as a leader within the business unit, contributing to the office’s business plan.
  7. Maximizing engagement profitability through effective resource utilization.
  8. Reviewing corporate and personal tax returns, NTRs, and reviews.
  9. Planning and leading teams to exceed client expectations.
  10. Supervising and mentoring accounting staff, including file reviews.
  11. Leading performance management and training initiatives within the team.

Qualifications we’re looking for:

  • CPA, CGA, or CMA designation is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in public accounting or related industry; experience with PSAS or US GAAP is an asset.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting and tax.
  • Commitment to quality, professional growth, and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong management skills, including scheduling and supervising multiple teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
