Job description

We are actively seeking Senior ManagementConsultants with a strong background in business processimprovement , preferably with prior experience as senior consultants orinternal consultants in process improvement roles. The ideal candidate willpossess a collaborative mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a deepcommitment to serving clients with integrity and humility. We emphasize executivepresence and comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders to drivemeaningful change.

Your background will ideally include experience inindustries such as finance, private equity, manufacturing, supplychain, or retail . You are a proven doer, capable of leading work-streamshands-on while strategically guiding project execution. Above all, you valuecontributing to and thriving within a strong, positive team culture aligned toour firm’s values.

Role Location and Travel-This role requires a hybrid work model, with a minimumoftwo days per week onsite at our office in Etobicoke, combined withremote work from home. Candidates must be eligible to travel and work undera TN1 Visa , as approximately 30% travel withinNorth America is expected as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Beginningthe role as an Individual Contributor, responsible for process improvementinitiatives end-to-end, including planning, analysis, design, presentation,implementation, and driving sustainable performance improvements.
  • Creatinghigh-quality client deliverables, including innovative solutions, industry bestpractices, and other artifacts to meet committed project initiatives/goals.
  • Collaborateclosely with project colleagues, Engagement Leads, Directors, Partners, andclient executive-level stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships anddemonstrating executive presence in client engagements.
  • Develop,maintain, and strengthen client relationships through consistent day-to-daycommunication and actively help define and advocate the voice of the customer.
  • Workclosely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change,win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues totransform client potential into performance.
  • Conductcomprehensive assessments of current business processes, identify root causes,and develop actionable improvement roadmaps, and implement projects.
  • Facilitateworkshops and discussions across organizational levels to design businessplans, conduct gap analyses, and create process maps.
  • Applydata-driven and results-oriented problem-solving approaches to identify andexecute process optimization initiatives.
  • Developcompelling business cases and deliver persuasive communication — both writtenand verbal — tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Serveas a consistent ambassador of TPG’s values, promoting a positive,growth-oriented, and ego-free culture.
  • Identifyopportunities for expanding client relationships and develop proposals alignedwith TPG’s strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements
  • Canadian or US Passport required and must be able to obtain TN1 Visas. Please note that our work is across North America and we do not have sponsorship opportunities. In order to obtain a TN1 visa, student permits, work permits, or PR are not eligible.
  • 12-15 years of experience in business process improvement, preferably as a Senior Consultant or Internal Consultant.
  • Demonstrated success improving processes in Finance, Private Equity, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead and actively participate in work-streams; a practical doer who can balance leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate fluently with C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPA, CMA, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in business process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data analytics tools such as Power BI
