BDO Digital is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing Dynamics F&O Practice. The position can be located anywhere in Canada, and the individual will be responsible for the following:
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations.
- Lead consultant on larger projects with multiple consultants, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives, offering in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas.
- Streamline customer business processes to enhance ROI within the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite.
- Provide training to client staff for day-to-day activities supporting ERP implementations.

Your experience and education
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, with strong expertise in Finance modules.
- Experience with full cycle ERP implementations and comprehensive understanding of ERP applications.
- Knowledge of other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales, or Talent/Human Resources is preferred.
- Relevant Dynamics 365 F&O / AX certifications are considered an asset.
- Experience supporting ISV’s, particularly SKG.
- Extensive functional knowledge in finance areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Currency Management.
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
- Experience in process analysis, redesign, and documentation.
- Ability to work on functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of financial system concepts.
- Self-motivated, articulate, and capable of inspiring audiences.
