Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical, Instrumentation, or related journeyperson designation required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and controls maintenance in oil & gas or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, control systems, prevention maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability.
• Experience with maintenance planning, work order management, scheduling, contractor coordination, and CMMS.
• Ability to identify reliability issues, develop practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans for electrical and instrumentation maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and project work.
• Build and maintain short- and long-term maintenance schedules aligned with priorities.
• Ensure all work orders are properly scoped with labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate planned outages and shutdown activities with operations and engineering.
• Prepare job packages with procedures, drawings, permits, and safety documentation.
• Utilize CMMS and reporting tools to track progress and improve planning efficiency.
