Job summary

LutherCare Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will lead facilities operations across Saskatchewan, partnering with leadership to achieve priorities and deliver resident-first services.

The role focuses on strategic asset management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Directors, site managers, and external partners to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient buildings and spaces.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson status in a building related field or Power Engineer Class 5 certificate.
• 3+ years in a leadership position.
• 3+ years managing a medium to large facility.
• Experience in healthcare facility environments is an asset.
• Experience with asset management plans and multi-site operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional strategy, work with Director to execute plans and monitor progress.
• Oversee buildings, facilities, capital, real estate, and space planning projects.
• Manage budget, reporting, and fiscal stewardship for the department.
• Develop policies, procedures and prioritization tools to support resident-focused care.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Maintenance teams across locations.
