Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or Journeyperson certification in a trade.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or facilities management.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for building systems and assets.
• Ensure reliable operation of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and building control systems.
• Lead maintenance staff and trades teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and training for maintenance personnel.
• Support safety programs and maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to plan and prioritize maintenance activities.
