Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to advance machining processes and drive development in a high-tolerance environment. You will collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate and implement process changes on the shop floor.

The role requires strong CNC programming and process development experience, plus the ability to read blueprints and reports. You will split time between office and shop floor in a Fortune 100 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication with solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports process validation and development for machining operations.
• Coordinates with quality, operations, and design teams on process changes.
• Maintains and optimizes manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
• Prepares reports and process review documents for PCN activity.
• Works with operators to implement and sustain improvements in production.
• Serves as a key member of the ME group supporting production processes.
