Job summary

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) in Oshawa is seeking a skilled M365 Administrator (Exchange) to ensure reliable, secure email and collaboration across the enterprise. You will manage Exchange Online, mailbox configurations, and hybrid setups while optimizing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and other M365 services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as an Exchange Administrator.
• Experience with email security, compliance, and hybrid configurations.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for Exchange and M365 automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications desirable (MS-102 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Exchange Online mailbox management and mail flow rules.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Support and document M365 administration and configurations.
• Implement security measures including MFA, anti-phishing, and DLP.
