Job summary

Coach is seeking a high-energy cashier to join our Canadian retail team. You will deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap, handle transactions accurately, and promote our Insider Program and gift cards. You will support training and help maintain store operations while working in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

The role requires 1+ years in cashier or retail roles, POS familiarity, and strong English proficiency. Flexible schedule and a focus on customer experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
