Job summary

IPAC Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager of Long-Term Care Services to lead our LTC IPAC division across Canada. You will oversee consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive superior client outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role requires LTC-IPAC leadership, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development. Travel for client visits and events within Canada is expected, with a competitive salary and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must hold LTC-CIP designation at time of hire (required under Ontario Reg. 246/22).
• Post-secondary education in IPAC or a health-related discipline.
• Strong background in LTC IPAC compliance and Health & Safety.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Business development experience with a track record of achieving growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of LTC IPAC consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor quality assurance across audits, policies, and compliance programs.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance on IPAC and H&S standards.
• Act as the primary contact for key LTC clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
• Address escalated issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Foster strong relationships by going the extra mile to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the LTC sector.
• Build strategic relationships with LTC leaders, associations, and prospective clients.
• Represent IPAC Consulting at LTC conferences, trade shows, and events to promote services and close new contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop new services aligned with LTC needs and evolving regulations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and client value.
