Reporting to the Chief Mine Engineer, the Senior Long-Term Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining life-of-mine plans and long-range forecasts to support safe, sustainable, and profitable operations. The Senior Long-Term Engineer role works closely with geology, metallurgy, and operations to ensure alignment across planning horizons and optimize resource use. The position provides technical leadership to the planning team and drives continuous improvement through strategic analysis and planning best practices.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short + long term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
