Job summary

CRH Canada’s Dufferin Concrete division seeks a Dispatcher to monitor a large RMX driver fleet and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the dispatch process. You will be the primary contact between drivers and the distribution team, coordinating deliveries and adjusting plans in real time.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of road networks in the GTA region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Dispatching experience is an asset; construction familiarity is helpful.
• Computer proficiency with Office apps and mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact between RMX drivers and Distribution team.
• Manage a large fleet across batch plants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries with updated delivery information.
• Cultivate driver relationships to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Address customer complaints with real-time solutions; uphold safety standards.
