Job summary

Apertera is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful localization projects in a hybrid Montreal setting. You will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery, acting as the SME and escalation point while guiding a team of PMs and coordinators.

The role requires strong bilingual English/French communication, extensive experience in localization project management, and collaboration across departments to sustain an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma, university degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/French) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and resource relationships to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate project lifecycle across planning, execution, and closure.
• Serve as escalation point and SME between team and other departments.
• Lead and develop project managers and coordinators.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
